STOCKHOLDING MEMBERSHIPS:
Class A Regular (Stock) Membership: Stockholding membership provides full access to all of the Club's facilities which include: golf, swimming, tennis, clubhouse, dining and all social activities for the member, member's spouse and dependent children as prescribed by the Club. A Class A Regular (Stock) Member shall be entitled to full voting rights and eligibility for election to the governing Board of Directors.

Class AA Platinum (Stock) Membership: Stockholding membership provides full access to all of the Club's facilities which include: golf, swimming, tennis, clubhouse, dining and all social activities for the member, member's spouse and dependent children as prescribed by the Club. A Class AA Platinum Member shall be entitled to full voting rights and eligibility for election to the governing Board of Directors. Class C-Family: Non-stockholding membership available to all persons ages 36 and up. Class C (Family) Membership provides full access to all of the Club's facilities which include: golf, swimming, tennis, clubhouse, dining and all social activities for the member, member's spouse and dependent children as prescribed by the Club. Class C members have no voting rights and are not eligible for election to the governing Board of Directors.

Class S (Individual) Membership: Non-stockholding membership available to all persons over the age of 35 and provides full access to all of the Club's facilities which include: golf, swimming, tennis, clubhouse, dining and all social activities for the member. A Member's legal spouse and dependent children, as prescribed by the Club, have use of all facilities and privileges, with the exception of the golf course and practice facilities. Class S members have no voting rights and are not eligible for election to the governing Board of Directors.

Class A-2 Young Professional II Membership: Non-stockholding membership available to individuals between 30 and 35 years of age, inclusive. This membership provides full access to all of the Club's facilities which include: golf, swimming, tennis, clubhouse, dining and all social activities for the member, member's spouse (if applicable) and dependent children as prescribed by the Club. Class A-2 Young Professional II Members, upon reaching the age of 36, will not owe any additional initiation fees, however, payment of the applicable stock purchase to the Club will be required if the member wishes to attain Class A Regular membership.

Class A-1 Young Professional I Membership: Non-stockholding membership available to individuals between 21and 29 years of age, inclusive. This membership provides full access to all of the Club's facilities which include: golf, swimming, tennis, clubhouse, dining and all social activities for the member, member's spouse (if applicable) and dependent children as prescribed by the Club. Class A-1 Young Professional I Members, upon reaching the age of thirty (30), will not owe any additional initiation fees as they attain Class A-2 Young Professional II membership status.

Class C- Restricted Monthly (4x) Membership: Non-stockholding membership available to all persons ages 21 and up. Entitles the member to use of the golf facilities four times per month (weekends and holidays after 10:00 a.m.), from May 1 through September 30. Outside of this time frame, play may take place during regular business hours.
A Member's legal spouse and dependent children, as prescribed by the Club, have use of all facilities and privileges, with the exception of the golf course and practice facilities, unless added through the payment of additional dues as listed below.

Add golfing privileges for spouse or child to membership $49 monthly or both spouse and children for $79 monthly .
Class C - Non-Resident Membership: Non-stockholding membership available to all persons ages 21 and up. Member or spouse must not reside at any place within a 100 mile radius of the clubhouse for a total of more than ninety (90) days (consecutive, intermittent, whole or partial) within any fiscal year of the Club. On weekends and holidays from May 1 through September 30, play is restricted until after 10:00 a.m.. Outside of this time frame, play may take place during regular business hours. Otherwise, Non-Residency entitles the member to unlimited use of the golf facilities. A Member's legal spouse and dependent children, as prescribed by the Club, have use of all facilities and privileges, with the exception of the golf course and practice facilities, unless added through the payment of additional dues as listed below. Dues are annual and must be paid in full prior to use of the facility.

Initiation Fee is a one-time payment contingent on membership continuing in consecutive years. Golfing privileges for spouse or eligible children may be added for $500 annually.
Class B Social Membership: provides access to the Club's facilities which include: swimming, tennis, clubhouse, dining and all social activities for the member, member's spouse and dependent children as prescribed by the Club.

Monthly Dues: $79.17
Monthly Spending Minimum:
All membership categories, with the exception of Class A, and AA, are required to meet their Monthly Member Food and Beverage Minimum Support for the ten months of March through December. Class C (Non-Resident) members are responsible for an Annual Food and Beverage minimum of $300 total. For 2009, the March minimum is $50; April through December is set at $100.00 per month. Only charges for food and beverages (excluding tax and gratuity) apply towards minimum spending.
Golf Services Package:
Class A Stockholding Members may optionally purchase a Golf Services Package $150.00 annually which includes Full Practice Facility Use, a Member Locker, Bag Storage / Club Care and Handicap Maintenance.
Class S, A1, A2, and C (Family) members are required to have a minimum of one (1) Golf Services Package $300 annually, which includes Full Practice Facility Use, a Member Locker, Bag Storage / Club Care and Handicap Maintenance.
Class C (Restricted) members are automatically entered into the Practice Facility Program $150 annually, and may purchase other services (ie locker, bag storage, handicap) for an additional fee.
Class C (Non-Resident) members are automatically entered into the Practice Facility Program $100 annually, and may purchase other services (ie locker, bag storage, handicap) for an additional fee.
Dues and Assessments:
Preview Members are required to pay the annual dues in full, no later than April 1, 2009. Members paying their entire year's dues and fees by January 31, 2009 will receive $150 in Free Greens Fee Credits. Monthly account statements are mailed to every member. Accounts are due by the 20th of each month.
Class S, C, A1, A2 and B members will not be subject to any operational assessments during the time period of January 1, 2007 through December 31, 2009. During each Annual Meeting, Class A stockholders will vote on the preferred action regarding any accumulated debt from the Club's line of credit. Any action taken by the stockholders will not affect the assessment guarantee for other classifications during this time frame.
With the exception of Class C (Non-Resident), all other golfing categories will be billed an additional $60.00 annually for the Course Beautification Fund through December 31, 2009. This fund supports ongoing beautification improvements to the golf course.
