Class A Regular (Stock) Membership: Stockholding membership provides full access to all of the Club's facilities which include: golf, swimming, tennis, clubhouse, dining and all social activities for the member, member's spouse and dependent children as prescribed by the Club. Class A membership also includes:

A Class A Regular (Stock) Member shall be entitled to full voting rights and eligibility for election to the governing Board of Directors. Stock purchase required $2,000.

Option #1 - Two Year Commitment

Stock purchase: $2,000 (Payable upon acceptance)

2012 Dues $300 per month (Begins May, 2012 through December, 2012 - 8 months only) 

2013 Dues $350 per month (12 months)

 

Option #2 - First Year

Stock purchase: $2,000 (Payable in December if you choose to continue your membership in 2013)

2012 Dues $400 per month (Begins May, 2012 through December, 2012 - 8 months only)

Class C Membership: Non-stockholding Membership providing full access to all of the Club's facilities which include: golf, swimming, tennis, clubhouse, dining and all social activities for the member, member's spouse and dependent children as prescribed by the Club.  Monthly Food and Beverage minimums and Golf Service Package purchase apply.

                    Initiation Fee: $0 

                    Introductory Dues Rate $250 Monthly (Begins May, 2012 through December, 2012 - 8 months only)

Class A-1 Young Professional I Membership: Non-stockholding membership available to individuals between 21 and 29 years of age, inclusive. This membership provides full access to all of the Club's facilities which include: golf, swimming, tennis, clubhouse, dining and all social activities for the member, member's spouse (if applicable) and dependent children as prescribed by the Club. Class A- Young Professional I Members, upon reaching the age of 30, will not owe any additional initiation fees and may transfer to Class A-2 Young Professional II Membership.  Monthly Food and Beverage minimums and Golf Service Package purchase apply.

                    Initiation Fee: $0 

                    Introductory Dues Rate $120 Monthly (Begins May, 2012 through December, 2012 - 8 months only)

Class A-2 Young Professional II Membership: Non-stockholding membership available to individuals between 30 and 35 years of age, inclusive. This membership provides full access to all of the Club's facilities which include: golf, swimming, tennis, clubhouse, dining and all social activities for the member, member's spouse (if applicable) and dependent children as prescribed by the Club. Class A-2 Young Professional II Members, upon reaching the age of 36, will not owe any additional initiation fees, however, payment of the applicable stock purchase to the Club will be required if the member wishes to attain Class A Regular membership. Monthly Food and Beverage minimums and Golf Service Package purchase apply.

                    Initiation Fee: $0 

                    Introductory Dues Rate $180 Monthly (Begins May, 2012 through December, 2012 - 8 months only) 

Class B Social Pool Membership: provides access to the Club's facilities which include: swimming, tennis, clubhouse, dining and all social activities for the member, member's spouse and dependent children as prescribed by the Club.  Social Pool Members may golf two times per month at applicable guest rates.  Monthly Food and Beverage minimums apply. 

                    Initiation Fee: $0 

                    Introductory Dues Rate $600 Annually (Payable upon acceptance)

Class B Social Dining Membership: provides access to the Club's fine dining facilities and all social activities for the member, member's spouse and dependent children as prescribed by the Club.   Monthly Food and Beverage minimums apply. 

                    Initiation Fee: $0 

                    Dues $300 Annually - Includes $200 House Credit (Payable upon acceptance)

Additional Membership Information

Introductory Memberships and Dues: Are available to new members during their first year of membership only (unless committing to a Class A two-year membership program).  Dues for ensuing years would be at regular rates as established by the Stockholders.  Introductory members are not assessable for operations or capital improvements through December 31st of their initial membership term.

Spending Minimums: All membership categories, with the exception of Class A and AA, are required to meet their Monthly Food and Beverage Minimum Support for the ten months of March through December. For 2012, the March minimum is $50; April through December is set at $100 per month. Only charges for food and beverages (excluding tax and gratuity) apply towards minimum spending. 

Golf Services:  

Includes Full Practice Facility Use, a Member Locker, Bag Storage / Club Care and Handicap Maintenance. 

Golf Services are included for Class A Stockholding Members.  Spouse may be added for $100 annually.

Class C, A-1 and A-2  Members are required to have a minimum of one (1) Golf Services Package $300 annually.  Spouse may be added for $100 annually.
